Yellow Hub support us with corporate training but it would be naive to reduce our collaboration exclusively to just that. Over the years, their team has become more like a reliable source for networking with professionals in the most varied fields and sectors.

Our relation with Bizerba dates back to 2010 when we started to help the Italian subsidiary to apply for funds granted by Fondimpresa and Fondirigenti — programs that allow allocating the 0,30% of what a company monthly pays for pensions to create funds for corporate training with the goal of improving employees’ professional development.

During this first period, we supported Bizerba with the design, development, and execution of annual training programs that covered language classes, soft skills workshops, and technical courses.

We were also entrusted with the responsibility of validating the program against the committees of Fondimpresa and Fondirigenti, ensuring that Bizerba’s corporate training strategy is compliant with the fund’s monitoring and reporting standards.

We have supported Bizerba’s team with more than 3500 hours of corporate language training.

Moving from on-site to virtual classrooms

Bizerba is not a newcomer when it comes to smart learning. As a matter of fact, we have been supporting the company with a blended approach which includes face-to-face classes delivered at the company’s premises and online sessions.

However, this year brought new challenges and we had to quickly convert all training sessions to virtual mode. All online courses are now delivered via Microsoft Teams – a platform shared by both organizations – with full satisfaction of our corporate students.

Quality standards for smart learning

Online language training is very different from face-to-face lessons. To ensure the success of the new virtual program, we implemented a thorough plan that fuses Training Monitoring and Supporting Activities. This is how we ensured that the standards of our UNI EN ISO 9001: 2015 quality certification were fully met in the new virtual environment.
